My brother and I recently sold some property in Solana Beach and Molly Fleming was our real estate agent. I felt very lucky that Molly was the consummate professional from beginning to end. It has been my experience that real estate makes people very nervous and on edge, because there is a lot at stake and it is usually emotionally charged (time and money!). She was able to keep all parties calm throughout the negotiation process and when things seemingly would go awry. She had the ability to be clear and concise, offered suggestions when asked, and avidly promoted the sale of the property. She was very congenial, easy to work with, had a good perspective on the market and gave accurate assessments of situations, when I needed her ideas. She was able to bring the sale to a close in a very timely fashion. This is why I believe Molly is a superb real estate agent, and I highly recommend her to help anyone needing someone to help buy and/or sell property.
It is our great pleasure to highly recommend Molly Fleming. Over the years we have had many real estate transactions, but we have never encountered anyone quite like Molly! Because our beach condo was 2 hours from home, Molly took charge of everything needed to put our condo on the market; from paint colors, new vanities, carpeting—all on her own time and well under budget. She strategically priced the condo to encourage a bidding war and sold it for $80,000 over asking price and in record time! Needless to say, we are ecstatic! Way to go, Molly!!!
