Del Mar Beach Club is an oceanfront, gated community along the bluffs at the south end of Solana Beach. The community borders Del Mar’s Dog Beach and is within walking distance of the Del Mar Race Track and Fairgrounds. There are 1 and 2 story units featuring two and three bedrooms that range from 1000-1750 square feet. Many units are oceanfront with fabulous views.
The 192-unit complex was built between 1972 and 1974 and has four swimming pools, two community spas, a fitness room, and two tennis courts. There is a club house that can be used by residents and there are barbecues available for use near two of the pools.
Units have access to underground parking and some units have garages. There is a limit of one pet per unit.
